SHIPPING:
US-Please allow 2-3 business days for your items to ship. A business day is Monday through Friday excluding holidays.Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Normally tracking information populates after 6 PM PST. Delivery is estimated as we have no control over the USPS however most orders are delivered within 5 business days.
International- Please allow 2-3 business days for your items to ship. A business day is Monday through Friday excluding holidays.Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Shipping method is USPS Parcel Post and delivery can take up to 25 days depending on your carrier. Customers are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by a country for importing consumer goods.
We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS will be given in these instances. It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone will be at the destination to receive the order.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
Refunds or exchanges are not allowed. All sales are deemed final.
